Dr Reneiloe Lekoloane

Dr Reneiloe Lekoloane is a specialist neurosurgeon and the founder of NeuraNeo Inc. Her medical career is defined by academic excellence, advanced surgical training, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centred neurosurgical care.

She currently serves as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Polokwane Provincial Hospital while managing her private neurosurgical practice.

Education & Professional Journey

  • Earned her MBChB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2012.
  • Completed internship at Groote Schuur Hospital and Red Cross Children’s Hospital, gaining extensive exposure to emergency and surgical medicine.
  • Served in community service and medical officer roles in emergency medicine and general surgery.
  • Began specialist neurosurgery training at Groote Schuur Hospital in 2017.
  • Qualified as a neurosurgeon in 2022 after obtaining Fellowship of the College of Neurosurgeons of South Africa.
  • Completed a Master of Medicine (MMed) in Neurosurgery and a NeuroEndovascular Surgery Fellowship at the University of Cape Town in 2023.
